You may

• Create as many copies of the template as you need for your business
• Make any changes you need to make the template work for you
• Allow your business partners, advisors or mentors to edit the template, as long as they use it for your business
• Share the finished business plan with investors, banks and other such interests groups as PDF

You may NOT

• Reproduce, redistribute, give away or sell the template or parts of it in any other form or way than mentioned in these terms, including commercially or as a freebie to your clients
• Claim you created the template yourself

The licensed asset can appear in up to 5,000 end products for sale

You may

• Create up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale
• Use the asset in one business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
• Use the asset in unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
• Use the asset in digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
• Use the asset in broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers

You may NOT

• Sell or give away the asset as is
• Use the asset in native apps, web apps, or games
• Claim the asset or parts of it as your own design
